Background
As of now, it is unknown why Charlotte was given to Konoha at such a young age and began her life there in a small apartment, all alone and fending for herself. Feared by most of the the townsfolk for reasons she couldn't understand at the time, Charlotte did the best she could to get through, and was enrolled at the academy when she was old enough. Much like how Naruto was treated, Charlotte was picked on at the academy by children who disliked her because their parents spoke bad of her, and one day was forced into a fight with one of the boys. She became enraged, and her eyes turned black, the veins around them darkening, and her nails turning into claws. Everyone ran, and Charlotte finally realised why everyone was so afraid of her, and so did the children. She was alienated by everyone, except Naruto, who knew what it was like to be different, but even he sometimes kept his distance.
Charlotte hated Sasuke; he was everything she wanted to be: popular, loved, rich, and he didn't even care. Therefore, it was to her great displeasure that she would be teamed with him. At least Naruto was also on her team.

Personality
When she was young, Charlotte was very trusting, and thus easily hurt by people who took advantage of that. By the time she reached the academy, she was cold, quiet, and shy. Through her time with Team 7, she opened up a bit, and was shown to be witty, sarcastic, and quite dramatic at times.

Charlotte ended up making great friends with both Naruto and Sasuke, so when they each left to begin their training else-where, she became very withdrawn, constantly doing missions and training to keep herself distracted. At age 15, Tsunade gave her the choice of one of the highest possible ranked missions: Be a spy for Konoha in the Akatsuki. Charlotte agreed, and from that day forth became a missing-nin, and as the Akatsuki were already interested in her for her demonic abilities, invited her to join them within months.
Through-out her time in the Akatsuki, Charlotte became even colder, turning into a ruthless killer and torturer.

Appearance
Charlotte has dark, black blue hair, parted at the side, that progressively grows longer as she gets older. In part I she wears a dark blue top, a black skort, and black fingerless gloves. In part II, she wears a strapless blue top (pictured above), long fishnet armbands, and basic black shinobi pants.

As Charlotte gets angry (or when she chooses to change), she becomes a Demonic creature. First her eyes turn fully black, her nails grow and also turn black. Then, her veins around her eyes, those around her heart and travelling up her arm darken with demon blood. Her skin then turns a more grey/brown, and her teeth become very sharp.
